​What specific Apostille services are offered?

We provide Apostille of diplomas, transcripts, enrollment verifications & course descriptions for NEW YORK CITY college, university, and school alumni and students.

 

What is the cost for Apostille service?

We charge a $95 Flat Fee, making us a very affordable option.

 

How long does the process take?

We complete your Apostille within 3 DAYS of document receipt or pick up from your school.

What do I need to do before we can get started?

​Your document must first be Certified as Genuine by an official from your school's Registrar office. The signature of that official must be notarized by a notary in that office OR, We can notarize the document at your Registrar's Office (no extra charge!) *if permitted by your school.

How will I get my document to University Apostille?

There are two options:

1. ​Your school will send us your document at your request.

 OR

2. If you school has an In-Person Only process (CUNY and CCNY, for example).

 you can complete a form that we will provide to you that will authorize us to pick up your document from your school on your behalf.

What about the County Clerk and New York State fee?

WE PAY THESE FEES.

What about the Apostille Form for the New York State Department of State?

We will complete and submit the Apostille form for the New York State Department of State.​​​
